we support the following actions:
schedule_at - Schdule a Call to Selected Time
reject_schedule - Reject the Call Schedule
reschedule - ReScdule Call
dial - Dial The Call immidatly
mute - Mute Call
unmute - UnMute Call
hold - Place a Call On Hold, Customer will Hear Music on Hold Tone
unhold - Restore Call From Hold
